One-day courses are a valuable way for old students to strengthen their practice.
Only those who have completed a 10-day course with S.N. Goenka or one of his assistant teachers can be accepted on a one-day course.
The timetable is approximately as follows:

10:50 - 11:00 Break
11:00 - 12:00 Group Sitting
12:00 - 12:10 Break
12:10 - 13:00 Vipassana Instructions
13:00 - 14:00 Lunch Break & Interviews
14:00 - 15:00 Meditation Period
15:00 - 15:10 Break
15:10 - 16:30 Group Sitting + Metta
16:30 - 16:40 Break
16:40 - 17:05 Discourse & Final Metta
17:05 - 17:30 Clean-up

What to bring?
If the course is not at a centre, please bring the following:
- Your own cushions and meditation shawl.
- Your own vegetarian lunch. Please do not bring eggs or meat.
